Our mission
Track Presence helps small businesses in India manage staff, attendance, leave, and salary in one app. We focus on simplicity: illiterate-friendly, icon-based UI, works on low-end Android, and supports Hindi, English and Bengali so that every team member can use it.
What we offer
- Employee basics: Name, mobile, photo, auto ID—no email required.
- Live attendance: One-tap check-in/out, photo at punch, optional GPS, present/absent list.
- Leave: Apply, owner approve/reject, with voice confirmation.
- Salary: Daily/Weekly/Monthly wages, auto from attendance, simple payslips.
- Work sites & projects: Organize teams by site, set holidays, manage members.
- Alerts: Absent alerts to owner, in-app and push notifications.
Technology
Track Presence is built with Flutter and Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Storage). Sign in with Google. Payments are handled securely via Razorpay. We use Firebase Cloud Messaging for push notifications and local notifications for in-app alerts.
Version
Current app version: 1.0.0. We continuously improve stability and add features based on user feedback.
